Chef/Proprietor Angus Macdiarmid has recently been awarded an AA Rosette; his Restaurant features free range and organic food and local produce. Everything is home made: bread, cakes, puddings, pastry, sorbets, ice creams and all stocks and sauces are made from scratch with fresh ingredients - the results are delicious.
